Digital Creative Director
Shark Ninja – April 2021 - Current
Summary:
Hired to help shift their infomercial focused video group to get more digital video work. Within 2.5 years, drove a creative transformation of our division, driving a 999% increase of digital video work. This resulted in our division becoming the Global Video Studio, directing 95% of our global video work for digital and shortform content. We were also given the 3D, photography, and print divisions to direct as well.
Day-to-day responsibilities include providing creative direction to our internal team, freelancers, and agencies, plus hands-on concepting, copywriting, style/storyboard design, and motion graphics.
I've also co-planned video shoots, directed on-set talent, video edits, motion graphics, 3D animations, and video finishing. I built our Studio Intranet by learning SharePoint to support our growing internal team and I'm currently strategizing, designing, and building our Shark Ninja Studio public website in Webflow to elevate our agency status and awareness in the industry.
