Verizon, the U.S. #1 mobile carrier, enlisted us to help them with three of their major divisions to help educate consumers about their services and advantages.

Verizon My Account channel for consumers and My Business Account for B2B are two major areas of their business that lets customers self-serve their accounts on both a personal and enterprise level of administration. Verizon Live is their music and entertainment channel for concerts and streaming services. Their ask, deliver a comprehensive tool set that excites, educates, and promotes these divisions.

For My Account, we absolutely couldn't just create tutorials and FAQs, we needed to show real-world examples of how using My Account can make their lives easier, plus save them time and money. We would not only create videos, motion graphics, interactive demos, tutorial modules and informative web pages demonstrating their benefits, but also an email promotion strategy to reach our customers and get the word out.

For Verizon Live, we knew we needed solutions worthy of the marquee stars performing in their concert series and online streaming channels.

For four years, we worked hand-in-hand with them providing everything they needed to support the My Account, My Business account and Verizon Live. We provided interactive websites, motion graphics, videos, animated demos, web design, emails, programming and strategy.

With our help, we were able to forge a 4-year long relationship that delivered and grew their business.
